EIN OD MEDINAH - Acrylic Box

The artwork is a transparent acrylic box resembling emergency break glass cases. Instead of containing emergency items, it holds an Israeli passport. This symbolizes the sense of security and refuge that Israel provides to the Jewish community. The transparent casing suggests both protection and vulnerability, prompting reflection on the significance of Israel as a safe haven for Jews. Ultimately, the artwork explores themes of identity, belonging, and security in a complex world. Furthermore, a portion of the proceeds from sales will be allocated to victims of the October 7th incident and to support the Israeli Defense Forces.
